#Day 4 – The Power of Reflection

Today, in the quiet gaze into a bowl of water, I saw myself.
Not just my face—but the thoughts quietly stirring beneath the surface.

Page 4 of 365 Days with Water invited me to reflect.
And suddenly, a sentence flowed into my mind like a whisper from my soul:

I don’t want to be a copy of anyone else.
I want to live as me.
I want to live the version of myself I see in my dreams.

Perhaps today’s reflection practice helped birth this thought.
Or maybe the thought led me to feel the deeper meaning behind the exercise.

Either way, something became clear:
I don’t want to ripple like every other wave.
I want to be still, honest, uniquely me.

Like a single drop of water that may be alone,
but carries the whole ocean within.

💧 Today’s Practice:

grab a bowl of water and just sit with it for a bit.
Look into it. Watch how your face shows up on the surface.

Today’s Question:

Then just ask yourself:
Does this water look calm or a bit wavy—kinda like how I feel today? [ Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments or simply hold this question in your heart throughout the day.]

That’s it. No pressure. Just notice.
It’s a little moment of quiet to see where you’re at.

See you tomorrow,
with a blue heart 💙

Mona,
