Day 13 – The Whisper of Water

Today, I whispered into a bowe of water.
I am an engineer of my body and my world.
A simple phrase.
But as I spoke it, something stirred—a quiet ripple moving from my heart into the water… and then back into me.
When I drank it,
I felt soft streams of white light flowing through my body.
Not imagined—felt.
Like tiny messengers of clarity, moving through every cell, reminding me:
I am the designer.
I am the healer.
I am the bridge between what is and what can be.
As I moved through my daily routine—I saw an image inside my mind—
Tiny versions of myself climbing ladders inside my head,
each one reaching upward,
trying to wake up.
It wasn’t chaotic. It was purposeful. Like every part of me was working together toward something brighter.
I found myself thinking deeply today. Turning questions over like smooth stones in my hands.
One of them stayed:
Do we create our pain? And do we also hold the cure?
And maybe the answer came in the water’s whisper:
Yes.
We are both the ache and the healing.
We are the storm and the calm.
We are the voice… and the echo.
This is what Day 13 felt like for me.
Just sharing it with you, as it came, as it moved through me.
Today, hold a glass of water.
Speak love into it.
Truth.
Intention.
Then drink. Slowly.
Feel what returns to you.
What message would you like to send into your day?
Write it down.
Whisper to your water… and it will echo back your soul’s melody.
See you tomorrow,
with a blue heart 💙
