#Day 16 Water and Gratitude

This morning, two affirmations kept flowing through my mind:
I am a fan of peace.
I unlock the locks of my beliefs.

At first, I tried to shift into gratitude by thanking my body—reminding myself that most of it is water, alive and listening. But it felt heavy. My beliefs… they clung to me tighter than I expected. Gratitude didn’t come easily, and I could feel resistance inside me.

Then I turned to the practice in 365 Days with Water.
Instead of just one moment of gratitude, I decided to sip water slowly throughout the day—and with every sip, I whispered a thank you.

And something beautiful happened:
Each time I drank, it felt like little drops of light were moving through me. The water tasted different—softer, brighter. And with every swallow, a quiet smile appeared on my face. Not forced. Just… there. Like life was saying I see you.

It wasn’t about “fixing” anything.
It was about remembering:
💧 Life is a dance. And water creates this movement.

See you tomorrow,
with a blue heart 💙
Mona
