#Day 18 – Water and Manifestation

“Every sip is a step closer to your dreams. Trust the flow.”
Today, I found myself dancing between cleansing and confusion. It’s the 11th day of the moon cycle, and I chose to fast—not just from food, but from the noise, the heaviness, the patterns I often fall into unconsciously. I took a long, conscious shower. Not just to wash the body, but to ask the divine purity of water to clear my energy field.
As the warm streams poured over me, I whispered intentions—not just into the air, but into the soul of water itself. I asked the Earth to receive what no longer serves me. I asked the water to guide me back to alignment—with the Sun, the Moon, and the flow of life.
But after the shower, I felt something shift. A strange heaviness sat quietly in my chest. I watched my thoughts judge me for “not doing enough today.” I felt the pressure of undone routines. I wondered… am I being lazy, or am I simply tired of pushing myself to perform?
So I went out for a walk, thinking it might help. But the outside world felt louder than usual. People’s energy. Their words. Their eyes. It was overwhelming. At one point I even thought: “Why do I feel so responsible for everyone else’s healing?
Then I came home, lit a candle, and turned to music. I played the centaur, and with every note, my breath returned. Something softened. And that’s when I remembered the line from today’s journal.
“Trust the flow.”
Today, I didn’t whisper affirmations into a glass of water. I whispered them under the shower, letting the water carry each intention through my body. I imagined it not just washing me, but listening. Aligning with me.
And maybe—just maybe—this emotional storm is not something to fix.
Maybe it’s part of the cleansing. Maybe it’s how the flow works.

See you tomorrow,
