Day 47 –Water and the Art of Letting Go
The awakening of the inner self begins not with noise, but with a whisper, the most subtle shift in the vibration of the water within us.
Every cell, every drop, reflects the silent echo of our thoughts, our emotions.
When the heart is burdened with fear or regret, the waters inside us become turbulent, confused, scattered.
But when the mind is still and the heart is open, the water within returns to clarity, and with it, a deeper knowing begins to rise.
the ewakening doesn’t roar, it ripples quietly through the sacred waters with in.
Osho said:
“A river doesn’t need a map to find the ocean. It simply flows.”
But what happens when walls, man-made, not natural, block its path?
Natural obstacles are no threat.
The river can carve through mountains, flow through valleys, and reach the sea.
But it’s the unnatural walls, those made from fear, from rigid beliefs, from the stories we repeat, that stop the river from arriving.
The same is true within us.
Our natural path is toward expansion, healing, and unity.
But we must be willing to let go, of control, of resistance, of self-imposed boundaries.
Hold a glass of water in your hands.
Close your eyes and connect with something you’re ready to release.
It could be a limiting belief, a painful memory, or simply a feeling that weighs you down.
See you tomorrow,
with a blue heart 💙
