#Day 33 – The Flow of Life

Water is where life begins—present in all things, holding both the memory of the cosmos and the mirror of the soul.
As Rumi says:
“From the beginning, this longing has appeared, so that the Beloved may be revealed, O dear one.”

Today’s reflection began with the quote:
“Like water, life flows best when it moves freely.”
And suddenly, another thought surfaced in my heart:
“Fate may plant the seeds, but it is you who decides when to water them—or when to wait until the soil of your life is more ready.”

I committed to drinking two glasses of water with a straw before each meal today.
Something subtle shifted—when I ate, I felt a peaceful turbulence within me, as if each sip of water brought in a new wave of clarity.
Drinking slowly through a straw helped me savor the water’s presence more intentionally—as if every sip carried a message.

But as the day went on, my mind became heavier with emotional noise—conversations and opinions I had no choice but to hear.
To restore myself, I turned to the sound of a spring. I closed my eyes and breathed deeply, imagining my mind like a bubbling spring—where clarity and murkiness rise together, stirring the depths.

The result?
A soft calm settled over me.
A sense of inner lightness took root, and for a moment, I was simply flowing again—with life, with breath, with water.

Inspired by Day 33 of 365 days with water.

See you tomorrow,
with a blue heart 💙
