#Day 34 – Stillness Within Movement

“Even amid motion, water holds a stillness within. Seek the balance between action and calm.”
This morning, I woke up feeling a strange, inexplicable tension—as if I had been preset to anxiety before the day even began.
I tried drinking my morning water with the intention of inviting peace into my body, but the restlessness lingered. I went about my daily tasks, but the heaviness only grew, turning into a deep sense of emptiness.
So I turned to my journal—day 34. The moment I read today’s message, I felt a small sense of grounding return:
Even amid motion, water holds a stillness within.
I closed my eyes and repeated to myself:
“I let the calmness of water guide me to my depth.”
Three times. With each repetition, I felt myself dropping deeper, like a pebble sinking into a quiet lake.
I was sitting on the balcony, meditating. Though I was seeking stillness, my mind still carried the weight of unresolved emotions and fear. Suddenly, I sensed a dense energy behind me—a pressure in my body I couldn’t quite explain.
Soon after, I found myself in a sudden, intense argument with my partner.
Why did this happen?
I don’t fully know.
But it made me reflect: when I open up during meditation, I invite light in—but if unresolved emotions still linger, I may also open myself to external energy that resonates with those unhealed parts.
It felt like an energetic disturbance—like something triggered suppressed sadness or fear or old anger, possibly mine or from the surrounding environment. Almost like an unconscious etheric attachment, pulling me into emotional chaos.
So I paused. I drank a full glass of water.
And this time, I gave the water a clear intention:
“I am surrounded by divine light. Only energies of pure love and truth may enter my field.”
I visualized a golden circle of light forming around me—pure, protective, and alive.
And in that moment, I reclaimed my center.
This was my journey on Day 34 of 365 Days with Water. A reminder that even in the waves of emotional turbulence, we can return to the stillness within—through breath, intention, and water.
See you tomorrow,
with a blue heart 💙
