#Day 36 –The dance of water and light
Today was one of those challenging days—the kind that pulls you into the fine threads of uncertainty.
Decisions weighed heavy on me.
I stood at the edge between knowing and not knowing,
being and not being, becoming and dissolving.
Each thread of thought felt as delicate as a horse’s hair,
stretching long and quiet through the corridors of my mind.
Becoming happened within me.
Being happened within me.
So did judgment, forward motion, and retreat.
In mere moments, I tasted every feeling—as if I had briefly stepped beyond life.
Present in all of it, yet strangely absent—just like water: always there, seen and unseen.
I remembered a line that says:
“Just because you can’t see something doesn’t mean it isn’t there.”
With all this swirling inside, I turned to my journal.
What does it have for me today?
What message waits to unfold?
“The dance of water and light.”
Light transforms water, and water reflects light. Together, they reveal beauty unseen by the ordinary eye.
All voices rise from the heart of silence,
and return to dissolve within it.
The world, in its essence, remains silent—yet it overflows with hidden motion.
Inspired by today’s practice, I wrote (Day 36 :))
