Day 42 – The Flow of Forgiveness in water
Water teaches me to forgive—gently, deeply, silently.
It flows past rocks and debris, never forcing its way but always moving forward.
Today I realized: forgiveness is not the same as openness without boundaries.
I can forgive and still protect my energy. To forgive is to free myself, not to forget my worth or dissolve my boundaries.
Before thinking of those who have hurt or judged me,
I sat still, took three deep breaths, and imagined a gray fog leaving my body.
I surrounded myself with golden light—a shield of calm, not resistance.
Then, with a glass of water in my hands, I whispered:
“I forgive and release. I choose peace. I choose freedom.”
As I drank the water, I imagined it washing the pain away.
And the golden light around me remained strong, steady, soft.
Forgiveness is not weakness.
It is strength in flow.
It is saying: “I let go—but I stay in my power.”
💧 Today I learned: I can be like water—soft, forgiving, yet unshakably clear in my boundaries.
See you tomorrow,
with a blue heart 💙
